Angel Wings and Angels Kisses
(Class OF "68")
Upon my very door a scent wavered through like Apple
Blossoms
In summertime, with pungent Chanel moistening the earth.
Tears of Joy kissed my cheeks with the smell of baby's
Breathe adorning my head, which seemingly lifts a curse.
Overwhelmed with unbridled emotion I realm in the
Power of prayer and positive truth.
Together again I hear our song, remembering the good
Times and the bad, recalling our youth.
The class of "68" stood tall and proud
As a class member I say it out loud.
But most of all , tho time has changed our different hands of Time-
We've come together, rejoicing with caring in our prime.
I salute each and everyone of you with tears of joy I speak
For never is a lonelier word, when an illness leaves you bleak.
But even in your misery, God finds the time to speak with you
In shades of color that never makes you blue.
For in my Blessing for this day
Comes a handful of prayers my way.
Which means more than money can buy
That's why I write this and say, As I look upward at the sky.
I feel that God is looking down at you and to me
I send you Angel wings and Angel kisses for all to see
For the class of "68" is the best it can be.
God Bless To All
